My second experience with the support crew was spot on! They guided me through every step, always available to answer my questions and provide all the info I needed. After my gun broke, I had to return it, which took some time, but that’s just the way international shipping goes from Romania. Once the gun got to them, they jumped right into repairs. They showed me through videos what the issue might have been and pointed out what I could've done differently, which was super helpful since I’m still learning. However, since there was a different issue, they ended up sending me a brand new one that works better than ever! They really have a fantastic range of products.
I finally got my hands on the VFC BCM gbbr at an awesome price.
After about a week, I placed another order for a TMC rifle backpack in shadow grey—it's gorgeous! Also grabbed the VFC BCM mod1 stock for one of my other rifles.
